About Skill x Swap
Everyone has something valuable to share.
A language you grew up speaking. A craft you practise on weekends. A spreadsheet trick that makes work easier. Knowledge doesn’t have to come with a job title to be worth sharing.
Skills, exchanged between people
Skill x Swap is a global peer-to-peer skills exchange. Members teach skills they know, learn skills they want, and connect with people who bring a different kind of knowledge to the conversation.
We believe learning should feel accessible, reciprocal and human. A free reciprocal exchange gives both people something they want to learn. When an exchange is one-way, credits keep the contribution balanced.
See how exchanges workNot just a lesson. A connection.
Learning directly from someone means you can ask the question that matters to you, see how they approach it, and share a little of your own experience along the way.
That person might be nearby or on the other side of the world. Online exchanges can bring people together across borders; in-person exchanges can start closer to home. What matters is finding an arrangement that works for both of you.
Your Skills Passport records completed exchanges — the skills you learned and shared, and the places your connections reached.
